Sylvia Reddy leads the Asia operation and expansion of NEURO FLASH based out of Singapore. In previous lives she steered the success of NIVEA worldwide as marketing director of Beiersdorf; and as strategic marketing consultant, she has advised start-ups, family businesses and global MNCs across a wide array of industries and markets in Asia. She is one of the few global accredited facilitators for Unilever’s global marketing training program, ‘Marketing Foundation’.

For three decades, he has been positioning brands, developing marketing strategy, inspiring employees and aligning organizations for success, in his various lives as an advertising creative director, client marketer and brand consultant in Singapore and Canada.
